How do I place an order?
The most practical way to place an order is to go directly to the Venice studio and talk to Mr. Barbon in person. Ask for information, commission a work, discuss the changes or finishing: it is all easier when you talk face to face.
If the distance or your commitments do not allow you to go to Venice, you can send an e-mail to email@example.com, indicating the object that you are interested in. Bruno Barbon will be delighted to give you all the information you need.
Orders can also be place by telephone on +39 041 5222312 if you speak Italian and on +39 3925912361 if you speak English. If, on the other hand, you prefer to use the fax, the number is +39 02 22220288.
How do I pay?
Payment for the items can be made directly at the studio in cash. Please remember that the limit for cash transactions is EUR 1,000.00.
You can also pay by cheque at the studio. Cheques will be subjected to a Centax verification before acceptance.
It is also possible to pay for your purchases in advance by bank transfer. You will be informed of the bank details upon confirmation of your order. To make filling of your order quicker, we advise you to send us a copy of the payment via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or via fax on +39 02.2222.0288.
Purchases can also be made by credit card, using the PayPal platform. Upon receipt of the order, we will provide you with the details and the link for online payment. This system ensures maximum security because all the card data are passed directly on a PayPal encrypted connection: none of the Bruno Barbon staff or those working for PayPal have access to the data provided. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Postepay, MasterCard, PayPal prepaid card, Discover, American Express and Carta Aura.
How can I pick up a purchased item?
Sculptures can be picked up directly from the Venice studio. In the Contact us section, you will find the opening hours and directions to reach the workshop.
Deliveries are usually dispatched within 48 hours of completion of the work: we will contact you to inform you of the imminent dispatch and to ask for confirmation of the delivery address. For further information on delivery by Courier, please visit the Delivery page.
How can I track my delivery?
